Budget and Audit Committee. Pro-
posed budgetary transfers for
budget amendments shall be report-
ed to the Joint Budget and Audit
Committee in advance of
submissions of such amendments to
the Governor for his approval. Any
budgetary transfers from the Medical
Care Programs Administration to any
other program or budget unit must
receive prior approval of the Gen-
eral Assembly in accordance with Art-
icle 41, Section 245(c) of the Laws of
Maryland.
