The County Board of Education of Talbot County is
hereby authorized and directed to provide free
transportation for all the children in the elementary,
grammar and high schools in all cases where free
transportation is provided for the children in the
primary or lower grades.]

[500.

The County Commissioners of Talbot County are hereby
authorized and directed to levy annually a sum sufficient
to pay the cost of providing the free transportation
required by the preceding section of this Act.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

the local laws of Talbot County concerning the
operations of the sheriff's office and expenditures

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 507F of the Public Local Laws of
Talbot County being Article 21 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition, as added by Chapter 672 of the
Acts of 1961) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
