AN ACT concerning

Maryland Industrial Land Act

FOR the purpose of authorizing loans to political
subdivisions to finance the cost of shell building
projects; providing for applications for loans,
approval of applications, and repayment of loans;
enabling the political subdivision to delegate to
certain municipalities certain responsibilities with
respect to loan projects; and generally relating to
loans under the Maryland Industrial Land Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 442 of Article 41 - Governor -
Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
