SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-205 (a) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

7-205.

(a) (1) [The] THERE IS A Land Reclamation
Committee [is created and continued]. It [is composed]
CONSISTS of THE FOLLOWING 11 members [as follows];
