except customer—formula feed and contract feed,] before
distributing it in the State. CUSTOMER-FORMULA FEEDS AND
CONTRACT FEEDS ARE EXEMPT FROM REGISTRATION IF THE
REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID ON THE COMMERCIAL FEEDS WHICH
THEY CONTAIN.

(d) The annual registration fee for each
commercial feed distributed in the State is [$20] $25.
Customer—formula feeds and contract feeds are exempt if
the registration fee is paid on the commercial feeds
which they contain. [In addition, any distributor shall
pay an annual registration fee of $25 for each brand of
commercial feed distributed in individual packages of 10
pounds or less.] The annual registration fee for each
nonportable customer—formula feed manufacturing facility
which produces a guaranteed analysis feed in the State is
$100.           The annual registration fee for portable

customer—formula feed mixers used in the State is $20 for
each mixer which produces a guaranteed analysis feed[ ;
provided, however, that]. HOWEVER, for any person owning
five or more such mixers, the annual registration fee is
$100[; and provided, further, that for]. FOR any person
registering a nonportable customer—formula feed

manufacturing facility and paying the fee therefor, there
shall be no additional fee for the registration of that
person's portable customer—formula feed mixers, if any.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
