Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 101 — Workmen's Compensation
21.

(b) The following shall constitute employees
subject to the provisions of this act, except as exempted
under subsection (c) of this section:

(10) STUDENT TEACHERS AND STUDENT INTERNS AS
PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 77, SECTION 112B(B).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Commercial Feed Law — Registration

FOR the purpose of increasing the annual registration fee
for each commercial feed distributed in the State;
clarifying certain provisions concerning
customer—formula feeds and contract feeds; repealing
a fee for the registration of feed distributed in
certain portions; and making style changes.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article — Agriculture
Section 6-107 (a) and (d)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 6-107(a) and (d) of Article -
Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
