Baltimore County Code, 1963 (1974 Cumulative
Supplement) title "Finance and Taxation", Article
IV. Property Taxes and Tax Sales, Division 2. Annual
and Semi-annual Levy, and by enacting new Section
11—43, under said title, article and division, in
lieu thereof.

AN ACT to add Baltimore County to the provisions of the

dead, injured or stray animal law, by repealing and

re-enacting with amendments Section 13-27.1 of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968, (1974 Cumulative
Supplement) title "Health and Sanitation", Article
III, Nuisances Generally.

WHEREAS, employees of Baltimore County are picking
up dead, injured or stray animals for the County.

AN ACT to prohibit the sale, or attempt to sell goods,
wares or merchandise, solicitations and
distributions made to any occupant of a motor

vehicle on a highway unless a license has been

granted by the county, by adding new Section 18—28
to the Baltimore County Code, 1968, title "Offenses,
Miscellaneous".

AN ACT to require private owners or handlers of attack
dogs to obtain a permit to use said dogs to protect
commercial property, to provide that the Fire
Department be informed of certain facts regarding
the placement of said dogs and how to reach their
owners or handlers in an emergency and to provide
for expiration and renewal of said permit, by adding
new sections 12-10.1 through 12-10.3 to the
Baltimore County Code, 1968, title "Fire
Protection", Article I. In General.
