AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 6-100 (a) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and
Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to provide
an additional exception for property leased by the
County to community associations and/or fraternal
organizations when used for social or fund raising
events, and matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 3-208(52) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 3,
"Buildings", Subtitle 2, "Structural Requirements",
to establish minimum driveway specifications, and
matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Section 1-215(d) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article
II, "Classified Service", to provide that the
remaining subsections of this sections shall apply
to all employees represented by the American
Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees,
affiliated with Maryland Public Employees' Council
