Wastewater", to follow immediately after Section
15—416 thereof, authorizing the Controller to expend
a maximum of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars
($500,000.00) for [[plumbing connections and]]
deferred charges for Senior Citizens pursuant to
this Title.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 17-605(f)(1) and
17-606(f) (1) to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges and
Assessments", to follow immediately after Sections
17-605(f) and 17-606(f) thereof, respectively, to
exempt certain qualified persons from the user
connection charge, capital facilities connection
charge, capital facilities assessment charge and the
front foot assessment charge for water and
wastewater, until the sale or transfer of property.
