RESOLUTION NO. R75-4
ANNEXATION NO. 8 - CHARLES STREET
WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to The Mayor and
Common Council of Westminster to enlarge the
corporate boundaries of the said City by the
annexation of land adjoining and contiguous to said
corporate boundaries; and
WHEREAS, the President of the Council has caused to be
made a verification of the signatures upon said
petition and has ascertained that the persons
signing the petition represent at least twenty—five
per centum (25%) of the persons who reside in the
area to be annexed, and who are registered voters in
county elections in the precinct or precincts in
which the territory to be annexed is located, and
the owners of at least twenty—five per centum (25%)
of the assessed valuation of real property located
in the area to be annexed.

WILLARDS
(Wicomico County)
A Charter Amendment Resolution pursuant to Article XI-E
of the Maryland Constitution and Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition, as
amended) to repeal and re—enact with amendments,
Section 590 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Wicomico County (1959 Edition) being Article 23 of
the Code of Public Local laws of Maryland, Title
"Wicomico county," Subtitle "Willards," for the
purpose of removing the limitation on the amount of
the bonded indebtedness which can be incurred by the
Commissioners of Willards and to correct an error
therein.
[Section 590 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Wicomico County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
