MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF SNOW HILL
INITIATING
AMENDMENT OF TEXT OF SECTION 345 OF EVERSTINE'S CODE OF
PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF WORCESTER COUNTY, TITLE "SNOW
HILL", SUB-TITLE "CORPORATE BOUNDARIES", BEING PART
OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF SNOW HILL, TO CHANGE
SAID BOUNDARIES TO REFLECT CHANGES IN CERTAIN OF THE
CALLS IN SAID BOUNDARIES AND TO INCORPORATE INTO
THE "CORPORATE BOUNDARIES" OF SAID TOWN THE
APPROPRIATE CALLS, COURSES AND DISTANCES TO ENCLOSE
THE ANNEXATIONS TO THE TOWN KNOWN AS THE "HARRISON
ANNEXATION" AND THE "ADKINS-HURLEY ANNEXATION".

Worcester County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

RESOLUTION OF FEBRUARY 25, 1975
Resolution of the President and Commissioners of the Town
of Sudlersville, adopted pursuant to the authority
of Article 11E of the Constitution of Maryland, and
Section 19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Corporations -
Municipal" as said section was enacted by Chapter
423 of the Laws of Maryland of 1955, said Code being
Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, and said new section to be known as
Section 180A and constituting an amendment to the
municipal charter of the body politic and corporate
known as the President and Commissioners of the Town
of Sudlersville, said new section to authorize the
President and Commissioners of the Town of
Sudlersville to annex and include the following
described land in the boundaries and taxable limits
of the Town of Sudlersville.
Whereas, in accordance with Section 19(c) of Article
23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition) at
least 2555 or more of the registered voters in the County
elections who reside in the hereinafter described area,
have petitioned the President and Commissioners of the
Town of Sudlersville to annex said area into the
Corporate boundaries of the Town of Sudlersville, and

President and Commissioners of the Town of Sudlersville,
