The aforegoing changes are hereby incorporated into
the following revision of the Rock Hall Town Charter.

Code of Public Local Laws of Kent County, repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 30

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of Rockville adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland, Section 13 of Article 23A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement
Volume), title "Corporations - Municipal" sub-title
"Home Rule", and Section 72-17 to 72-23, inclusive
of the Charter of the Mayor and Council of
Rockville, as amended, to amend the Charter of the
Mayor and Council of Rockville, as set forth in
Sections 72-1 to 72-95, inclusive, of the Montgomery
County Code (1972 Edition), to repeal Sections
72-7, 72-10 and 72-11 thereof so as to eliminate the
Charter provisions relating to voter registration,
transfer of records and appeal concerning
registration; the Charter provisions relating to the
conduct of elections, special elections, vote count
and preservation of ballots; the Charter provision
relating to absentee voting.

[Sections 72-7, 72-10, and 72-11 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Montgomery County, repealed.

Effective Date October 7, 1975]
