RESOLUTION 75-R-1

WHEREAS Charter Change by Resolution 74-R-24 changes
the Charter of the Town of Riverdale to provide for
biannual instead of annual general town elections, and

WHEREAS the Charter Change by Resolution 74-R-24 is
in conflict with the present charter in regard to
succession in the office of the Mayor,

[Section 63—14.16 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Section 63—14.31(b) repealed and (c)
renumbered to be (b).
