RESOLUTION NO. 65

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland,
Maryland, adopted pursuant to the authority
contained in Article 11—E of the Constitution of the
State of Maryland, and Section 13 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Municipal
Corporations", entitled "A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE
CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CUMBERLAND (1966 EDITION),
BEING ARTICLE 1A OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LAWS OF
MARYLAND, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION TO SAID CHARTER,
RELATIVE TO PROJECTS TO BE UNDERTAKEN UNDER THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974."

RESOLUTION OF ANNEXATION

A Resolution of the Commissioners of Denton to enlarge
the corporate limits of the Town of Denton and to
amend the Charter of Denton.

WHEREAS, an Annexation Resolution was initiated by
the Commissioners of Denton on July 7, 1975 (a copy
thereof being attached hereto and incorporated by
reference herein and having been duly published as
required by law) was finally passed after a public
hearing held on August 18, 1975.
