IN THE PRACTICAL EXAMINATION, A CADAVER SHALL BE PROVIDED
BY THE BOARD AND THE APPLICANT OR APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED
TO GIVE A PRACTICAL DEMONSTRATION IN THE PRESENCE OF THE
BOARD MEMBERS, OF HIS OR HER KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL
REGARDING THE CARS, PREPARATION AND PRESERVATION COMMONLY
KNOWN AS EMBALMING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

State General Obligation Bond
Authorization Legislation

FOR the purpose of making certain changes to the model
enabling Act that may be used to authorize the
issuance of State general obligation bonds;
providing that certain funds appropriated by the
General Assembly shall be deposited in the Annuity
Bond Fund; providing that certain taxes need not be
levied or collected under certain circumstances;
providing certain duties and authority to the
Governor, Comptroller, and Board of Public Works;
and providing this Act shall become effective as an
emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 20

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 20 of Article 31 - Debt - Public,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 31 — Debt — Public

20.

(a) An enabling act may take substantially the
