2 86 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 136 Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Article — Agriculture 2-311. (E) THE SECRETARY, ON REQUEST BY EITHER PARTY OR (b) The Board has seven members [who], FIVE OF WHOM: (1) Are licensed and registered veterinarians of the State; (2) Are residents of the State; (3) Have engaged in active practice for five (4) Are in good standing; and (5) Are appointed and qualified.
