Senate Bill No. 513 - Baltimore City Board of
License Commissioners

AN ACT concerning

Baltimore City — Alcoholic Beverages Board of
License Commissioners

FOR the purpose of providing for a Deputy Executive
Secretary to the Board of License Commissioners in
Baltimore City; and establishing his salary,
qualifications, and reasons for removal from the
Board.

Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the
Maryland Constitution, I have today vetoed Senate Bill
513.

This bill creates the position of deputy executive
secretary for the Board of License Commissioners in
Baltimore City.

House Bill 1067, which was enacted by the General
Assembly and signed by me on April 13, 1976, accomplishes
the same purpose.

Therefore it is unnecessary for me to sign Senate
Bill 513.
