BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1981 ALL TELEPHONE COMPANIES DOING
BUSINESS IN THIS STATE AND UTILIZING COIN PAY TELEPHONES

LOCATED ON OUTDOOR SITES SHALL PROVIDE A METHOD TO PLACE

CALLS TO THE OPERATOR [[WITHOUT CHARGE OR]] WITHOUT
REQUIRING THE INSERTION OF ANY COINS INTO THE PAY
TELEPHONE. THE COST OF PROVIDING THIS METHOD OF PLACING

CALLS SHALL BE RECOGNIZED AS A REASONABLE AND NECESSARY

COST OF PROVIDING TELEPHONE SERVICE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
