WHEREAS, The amount of funds requested in the 1976
budget allowances for purchase of care were based on the
methods for determining payments in effect as of July 1,
1975; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That
the General Assembly approves the changes to the methods
for determining rates of payment for children in group
homes and institutions adopted by the Board of Public
Works as its meeting on February 18, 1976; and be it
further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be sent to
the Department of Budget and Fiscal Planning.

A Senate Joint Resolution concerning

Mounted Police in Druid Hill Park and Leakin Park

FOR the purpose of requesting Baltimore City Police
Commissioner Pomerleau to study the possibility of
assigning additional Mounted Police to Leakin Park
[[and]], Druid Hill Park and other suitable parks.

Whereas, Druid Hill Park and Leakin Park in
Baltimore City are two desirable parks in the country
located in urban centers; and

Whereas, They are designed to provide healthful,
recreational, aesthetic and environmental opportunities
for the residents of Baltimore; and

2.        Increase the maximum cost reimbursement for

children in the high categories:
