SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 1 through 3, and 7 through 18,
inclusive, of Article 91 — Surveyor and State Survey, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
13—101 through 13-120, inclusive, of Article — Real
Property, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 13-101 through 13-504, inclusive, be and they
are hereby added to Article - Real Property, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:

(A)       IN GENERAL.

IN THIS TITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED UNLESS OTHERWISE APPARENT FROM CONTEXT.

(B)   CIRCUIT COURT.

"CIRCUIT COURT" MEANS THE SUPERIOR COURT OF
BALTIMORE CITY OR THE CIRCUIT COURT OF ANY OTHER COUNTY.

(C)       COMMISSION.

"COMMISSION" MEANS THE HALL OF RECORDS COMMISSION.
