appeal or further proceedings upon the part of the

by and fulfill any judgment in such appeal or further

[159. Mattapany Sanitary District.]
[The portion of St. Mary's County described in this
section is hereby designated and constituted for the
purpose set forth in this subtitle to be the "Mattapany
Sanitary District," such sanitary district having been
previously approved by the County Commissioners of St.
Mary's County and a plat thereof recorded in liber M.R.F.
1, folios 2 to 5, inclusive, in a plat took indexed "St.
Mary's County Metropolitan Commission" in the office
where the land records of St. Mary's County are kept:
Beginning for the same at a point in St. Mary's
County, Maryland near the mouth of Little Kingston Creek
(Coordinates North 178,750 feet. East 945,000 feet) and
running North 50 degrees East 2,000 feet more or less
into the Patuxent River to intersect the boundary between
Calvert and St. Mary's Counties; thence running easterly
along said boundary down the Patuxent River and into
Chesapeake Bay 53,800 feet more or less to the
easternmost boundary of the waters contiguous to St.
Mary's County; thence southerly along said boundary
28,700 feet more or less; thence leaving said boundary
and running South 73 degrees West 21,000 feet more or
less to a point near the Western shore of Chesapeake Bay
(North 145,000 feet. East 975,000 feet); thence leaving
said Bay and running West 35,000 feet (North 145,000
feet. East 940,000 feet); thence North 25,000 feet (North
170,000 feet East 940,000 feet); thence North 26 degrees
33 minutes 54 seconds East 5590.17 feet (North 175,000
feet, East 942,500 feet); thence North 33 degrees 41
minutes 24 seconds East 4506.94 feet to the point of
beginning. Coordinates in parentheses are referred to
the origin of the Maryland Coordinate System, bearings
are referred to the meridian of the same system.]

(A) ST. MARY'S COUNTY IS DIVIDED INTO THE
FOLLOWING TEN SANITARY DISTRICTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF ST. MARY'S COUNTY ON SEPTEMBER 14, 1972, RECORDED IN
LIBER NO. 1, PAGE" 189, ENTITLED "COUNTY COMMISSIONER
RESOLUTIONS", AS SET FORTH ON A PLAT OF ST. MARY'S COUNTY
SHOWING THE SANITARY DISTRICT LINES, WHICH PLAT WAS
RECORDED AMONG THE LAND RECORDS OF ST. MARY'S COUNTY,
MARYLAND, IN PLAT BOOK D.B.K. NO. 10, FOLIO 43, ON APRIL
26, 1973. THE RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS ADOPTED AND APPROVED A RESOLUTION OF THE
