AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County — Public Education

School Laws

PG 221-76

FOR the purpose of repealing a particular Chapter of the
Laws of Maryland relating to the Prince George's
County Board of Education and that Board's authority
to negotiate with organizations representing
noncertificated public school employees and
requiring the Board to negotiate an organizational
security provision with those organizations; and
integrating the provisions of that Chapter into the
current law generally regarding the authority of
Boards of Education to negotiate with
representatives of noncertificated public school
employees.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 160A of Article 77 - Public
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As Enacted
by Chapter 630 of the Acts of 1974) be and it is hereby

repealed:
