SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 151B be and it is hereby added
to Article 56 — Licenses, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:

Article 56 — Licenses

151B.

ANY PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION WHO BUYS OR USES ANY
MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL IN BUSES USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE
PURPOSE OF OPERATING THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM OF ANY
MUNICIPALITY OR POLITICAL SUBDIVISION IN THIS STATE SHALL
BE REIMBURSED AND REPAID THE AMOUNT OF THE TAX PAID UPON
COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 151 OF THIS ARTICLE. HOWEVER,

THESE BUSES MUST BE USED FOR THE__TRANSPORTATION OF THE

PUBLIC IN REGULAR ROUTE BETWEEN FIXED POINTS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
425 of Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
