Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 256Q of Article 41 - Governor -
Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 256Q be and it is hereby added to Article 41 —
Governor — Executive and Administrative Departments, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1975 Supplement) to read as follows:

(A)    PUBLICATION OF ANY NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY THIS
SUBTITLE AND PUBLICATION AS REQUIRED BY ANY OTHER
PROVISION OF THE CODE, ARE BOTH NECESSARY TO CONSTITUTE
FULL COMPLIANCE WITH LAW.

(B)    THIS SUBTITLE DOES NOT AFFECT ANY OTHER NOTICE
REQUIREMENT, INCLUDING THE TIME SPECIFICALLY PRESCRIBED
FOR THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
