alcoholic beverages during the effective period of the
license.
(iii) [No] A license may NOT be issued
unless the hotel or restaurant is operated in a clean and
sanitary manner and is equipped with the proper restroom
facilities.
(3) Seven day license holders may sell beer,
wine and liquor (on—sale) and beer and light wine
(off-sale).
(4) If the premises to be licensed by the
provisions of this subsection are within a municipal
corporation, the license application shall be approved
both by its mayor and town council and by the licensing
authority.
(5) All license fees shall go to the general
funds of the county. However, if the licensed premises
are in a municipal corporation, 75 percent of the fees
shall go to that municipal corporation.
(6) All licensees shall purchase all wines
and liquors from the liquor control board for Worcester
County. They shall be charged 85 percent of the retail
price set by the board for the wines and liquors.
(7) The hours for sale are as provided in §
106 (c).
[(n)] (8) (I) In Worcester County, the license
shall be issued only within the tenth election district.
[ (2) ] (II) The annual fee for the license
[if] IS $750.
[(3)] (III) Seven day Class B license holders
under this subsection may sell beer, wine and liquor only
on the premises of the Ocean City Convention Hall.
[(4)] (IV) The licensing authority, with the
approval of the Mayor and City Council of Ocean City, may
issue this license to any concessioner (whether or not a
hotel or restaurant) possessing a concession on the
premises which was granted by the Ocean City Convention
Hall Commission.
[(5)] (V) The provisions of § 19 [(m)] (Y)
(4), (5) and (6) are incorporated by reference in this
subsection.
[(6)] (VI) The hours for sale are as
specified in § 106 (c).
[(o)] (Z) [Such] THESE licenses [shall only be]
