board of license commissioners for Prince George's
County. For the purposes of this section the term
"person" means a natural person, an association, a firm,
a partnership, a corporation or the County Council of
Prince George's County. The annual license fee for the
arena license [shall be seven thousand five hundred
dollars ($7,500.00) ] IS $7,500.

[(j)] (T) (1) In Queen Anne's County the annual
fee for [such a] THIS license [shall be one thousand
dollars ($1,000.00)] IS $1,000.

(2) THIS LICENSE PROVIDES FOR THE
CONSUMPTION OF WINE AND LIQUOR ON THE PREMISES ONLY.

[(j-1)] (U) (1) In Somerset County, the annual fee
for [such a] THIS license [shall be one thousand dollars
($1,000)] IS $1,000 for a restaurant and for a hotel.

(2)    [Such a] THIS license may be issued in
the county to any bona fide hotel or motel which (i) is
an establishment for the accommodation of the public
providing services ordinarily found in hotels or motels,
(ii) has a lobby with registration and mail desk and
seating facilities, (iii) in the case of a hotel or motel
in existence and operated as such on June 1, 1967,
maintains not fewer than ten rooms for occupancy by
guests, and (iv) in the case of a hotel or motel not in
existence and operated as such on June 1, 1967, maintains
not fewer than [twenty J 20 rooms for occupancy by guests
and is operated in facilities which are assessed for
State and county taxation at not less than [forty—five
thousand dollars ($45,000) ] $45,000.

(3)    [Such a] THIS license may be issued in
the county to a restaurant which meets the following
requirements and conditions: (i) Serves full—course
meals at least twice daily; (ii) has a regular seating
capacity at tables (not including seats at bars or
counters) for [fifty] 50 or more persons; (iii) has had
daily average receipts from the sale of food in excess of
those for the sale of alcoholic beverages, during the
[twelve-] 12 month period immediately preceding the
application for the license.

(4)    Every [such] hotel or restaurant shall
purchase all wines and liquor sold by them from the
Somerset County liquor control board and shall be charged
the invoice price [thereof] OF IT to the liquor control
board, plus freight charges [thereon] ON IT and plus a
sum not to exceed [twenty per centum (20%) ] 20 PERCENT of
[such] THE aggregate invoice price and freight charges
from time to time.

(5)    THIS LICENSE PROVIDES FOR THE
CONSUMPTION OF WINE AND LIQUOR ON THE PREMISES ONLY.
