Section 387C(g)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE   GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That new Section 387C(g) be and it is hereby

added to Article 43 — Health, of the Annotated Code of

Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:

Article 43 - Health

387C.

(G) FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, COUNTY PLANS
RELATIVE TO WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS AND SEWERAGE AND SOLID
WASTE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS SHALL [[REFLECT]] CONSIDER THE
ESTIMATES FOR [[FUTURE POPULATION AND]] POPULATION
DENSITY[[, AND ESTIMATES OF THE EXTENSION AND EXPANSION
OF THE COMMUNITY, RELATIVE TO MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS AS
MAY BE DETERMINED BY THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS AND
INCLUDED IN THE PLANS OF THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS]]
THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN HARFORD COUNTY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Health and Mental Hygiene — Group Homes

[[FOR the purpose of permitting the Secretary of Health
and Mental Hygiene to grant certain moneys for the
renovation of group homes; and providing for the
allocation of funds from the capital improvement
budget to the Department.]]

FOR the purpose of amending certain portions of the 1972,

1973, 1974, and 1975 General Construction__Loans to

permit the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to

grant a certain sum of money, subject to the

approval of the Board of Public Works, to local

nonprofit agencies for the renovation of newly

acquired State—owned group homes for juveniles and
