SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 19(f) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

19.

(f) In Dorchester County, bona fide restaurants,
motels and hotels having restaurant facilities for
serving full-course meals at least twice daily and
seating capacity at tables for 100 or more persons, not
including seats at bars or counters, upon payment of an
annual license fee of [two hundred fifty dollars
($250.00)] $250 may obtain a license from the County
Commissioners of Dorchester County and [by such] THIS
license [shall be entitled] ENTITLES THE LICENSEE to sell
beer, wines and liquors for on the premises consumption
between the hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 1:00 o'clock
a.m. on the day following, except on Sunday when the
hoars for sale [shall be] ARE between the hours of
midnight and 1:00 a.m. and 1:00 o'clock p.m. and 12:00
o'clock midnight. [Provided, however, that] HOWEVER, all
[said] RESTAURANTS, MOTELS AND hotels shall purchase all
wines and liquors sold by them from the Dorchester County
liquor control board dispensaries.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
