SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-108(n) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed:

[(n) Until the Tuesday next after the first Monday
in November, 1974, each of the judges of the court for
Harford County shall receive the sum of $15 for every
day's attendance upon the sessions of the court. Each
judge also shall receive an allowance for traveling
expenses of $250 annually, to be paid quarterly by the
County Council of Harford County.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

conservation and agricultural zoning in Frederick
County, that the preferred use is agricultural for
