SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 85-45(j) of the Public Local Laws
of Montgomery County being Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1972 Edition and 1973
Supplement, as amended) being also Section 59-50(j) of
the Public Local Laws of Prince George's County being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement, as amended) to be
Section 6-102(j) of Article 66D - Maryland-National
Capital Park and Planning Commission, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement), be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(j) (1) For the purpose of paying the cost of
any [swimming and ice—skating] facilities in Prince
George's County, for the use or benefit of which the
commission proposes to make or authorize a charge, and
which will comprise an integral part of the park and
recreation systems of the commission, authority is
[hereby] conferred on the commission, in addition to all
authority conferred elsewhere in this chapter to issue
its bonds payable as to principal and interest solely or
