AN ACT concerning

Garrett County — Elected Board of Education

FOR the purpose of providing for an elected Board of
Education in Garrett County; providing for election
of several members by commissioner district;
submitting this Act to local referendum in Garrett
County; providing for an emergency effective date;
and generally relating to the Board of Education in
Garrett County.
