AN ACT concerning

Calvert County — Volunteer Firemen and Rescue Squadsmen

FOR the purpose of clarifying [[in]] the Calvert County
[[the]] Fire and Rescue Commission's
responsibilities regarding records.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

The Public Local Laws of Calvert County
Section 175—3(a)

Article 5 — Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1963 Edition and 1970 Supplement, as added
by Chapter 796 of the Acts of 1975)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 175-3(a) of the Public Local Laws
of Calvert County being Article 5 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1963 Edition and 1970 Supplement, as
added by Chapter 796 of the Acts of 1975) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

Article 5

175-3.

(a) It is the responsibility of each participating
volunteer fire company or rescue squad to maintain
detailed and accurate records for each volunteer member
on forms prescribed by the Executive Committee of the
Calvert County Volunteer Fire and Rescue Association,
Inc., and approved by the [County Commissioners of
Calvert County] Calvert County FIRE AND RESCUE
COMMISSION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
