FOR the purpose of clarifying the fact that the Maryland
Automobile Insurance Fund is a member insurer of the
Maryland Insurance Guaranty Association.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 48A — Insurance Code
Section 243(a) and 505(e)
Annotated Code of Maryland
