items in Section 5 (C) (1) of Chapter 179 of the Acts of
1972, and found on page 501 of the Laws of 1972, making
available $402,000 for the Fish and Wildlife
Administration, for the final phase construction of
Matapeake Multi-Use Field Station[[, and in Section 5
(C) (5) (a) of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 1974, and found
on pages 1269 and 1270 of the Acts of 1974, making
available $23,000 to the Department of Natural Resources,
to supplement the appropriation for the "Final phase
construction of Matapeake Multi—Use Station" as shown on
page 501 of the Acts of 1972]]. The aforementioned items
are described by reference, but every such reference
shall be deemed to include the full description of the
item as set forth in the respective sections of Chapter
179 of the Acts of 1972 and Chapter 289 of the Acts of
1974. There shall be allowed an additional period of two
years beginning on the effective date of this Act, for
placing the aforementioned projects under contract. If
said project, or any of them shall not have been placed
under contract within a period of two years beginning on
the effective date of this Act, then, as to any such
project not so placed under contract, it shall be deemed
to have been abandoned, and the other provisions of
Section 10 of Chapter 179 of the Laws of 1972 and Chapter
289 of the Laws of 1974 shall be fully effective as to
such project.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions
of Section 10 of Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972, as
amended by Chapter 406 of the Acts of 1974, and Section
10 of Chapter 886 of the Acts of 1975, be and they are
hereby waived insofar as they impose a time for placing
under contract the items contained in Section 5(M)(5)
(e) in said Chapter 179, and found on page 518 of the
Acts of 1972, making available $200,000 for the State
Colleges, for Morgan State College for the Construction
of a Library - Fine Arts Plaza, and in Section 5
(G)(4)(d) in said Chapter 886 and found on page 3645 of
the Acts of 1975, making available $380,000 for the State
Colleges, for Morgan State College, to supplement the
appropriation "Construction of a Library — Fine Arts
Plaza" as shown on page 518 of the Acts of 1972 by
providing funds additionally to provide for storm water
control in vicinity of Murphy Fine Arts Building and
sedimentation control at Herring Pun. The aforementioned
items are described by reference, but every such
reference shall be deemed to include the full description
of the item as set forth in the respective sections of
Chapter 179 of the Acts of 1972 and Chapter 886 of the
Acts of 1975. There shall be allowed an additional
period of two years beginning on the effective date of
this Act, for placing the aforementioned projects under
contract. If said projects, or any of them shall not

years beginning on the effective date of this Act, then,
as to any such project not so placed under contract, it
