Administration shall at all reasonable times:

(4) HAVE THE RIGHT TO THE POSSESSION AND USE OF
HIS OWN CLOTHING AND PERSONAL EFFECTS. THE CHIEF
ADMINISTRATOR OF THE FACILITY MAY TAKE TEMPORARY CUSTODY
OF THESE EFFECTS WHEN IT IS ESSENTIAL TO DO SO FOR
MEDICAL OR SAFETY REASONS. CUSTODY OF PERSONAL EFFECTS
SHALL BE RECORDED PROMPTLY IN THE RESIDENT'S RECORD.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Real Property Tax — Credits for Solar Energy

FOR the purpose of authorizing Baltimore City, any
county, or other city to provide for certain tax
credits against real property taxes on residential
or nonresidential buildings for using solar energy
heating or cooling units; providing that the amount
of the credit and other specifics shall be as the
county, Baltimore City, or other city provides ,
with an exception; and relating generally to tax
credits for using solar energy heating or cooling
units.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

Coda of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:
