all vestrymen.

Any qualified voter present may question the rector
and any vestryman present as to such of the proceedings,
transactions and affairs as the interrogator believes may
be useful in the selection of new vestrymen.

For the purpose of keeping an up—to—date permanent
record of all persons qualified to vote, the treasurer
from time to time, or whenever requested by the
registrar, shall furnish him with the names, of which the
treasurer has a record, of all persons who contribute to
the parish, but not the amounts contributed.

Excepting the amounts of individual contributions,
the treasurer shall exhibit his bocks of account for
inspection at the annual congregational meeting.

(d)   Delayed congregational meetings.

If for any reason the first or any subsequent annual
congregational meetings for the election of vestrymen
shall not be held on the day fixed, such meeting, for the
purpose aforesaid, shall thereafter be held as soon as
possible, notice of which said delayed meeting shall be
given pursuant to the provisions of § 300 (a) of this
subheading or the parish bylaws.

(e)   Alternative provisions for election, number,
qualifications and tenure of vestrymen.

(1)    Authority of Parish. Any parish may by
bylaws provide for the manner of conducting elections of
vestrymen, the number of vestrymen to be elected, not
less than six or more than eighteen, and the
qualifications and tenure in office of vestrymen.

(2)    Adoption of Bylaws. Such bylaws may be
adopted at any annual or special congregational meeting
by a vote of a majority of the qualified voters present
at such meeting.

(3)   Amendment of Bylaws. Any such bylaws
after once being adopted shall subsequently be subject to
amendment, modification or repeal at any annual or
special congregational meeting by a vote of a majority of
the qualified voters present.

(4)   Notice of Intent to Adopt, Amend or
Repeal Bylaws. Notice of the intent to adopt bylaws, or
to amend, modify or repeal such bylaws, contemplated by
this subsection shall be given pursuant to the provisions
of § 300 (a) of this subheading or the parish bylaws.

(5)    Recording Bylaws; Inspection. Such
bylaws when adopted and any amendment, modification or
repeal thereof, shall be recorded either in the minute
