(c) (1) Public school employees also have the
right to refuse to join or participate in the activities
of employee organizations.

(2) IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, THE BOARD OF
EDUCATION SHALL NEGOTIATE WITH RESPECT TO NONCERTIFICATED
EMPLOYEES A STRUCTURE OF REASONABLE SERVICE FEES TO BE
CHARGED NONMEMBERS FOR REPRESENTATION IN NEGOTIATIONS AND
GRIEVANCE MATTERS BY EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Montgomery County - Tax Sales Interest Rates
