(m—2) (4) [Also in Wicomico County there shall be
a special Sunday license for those bona fide clubs which
already hold a Class C beer, wine and liquor license.
Any club without the payment of an additional fee may
obtain as many as eight special Sunday licenses during
any calendar year, application for which shall be made at
least 14 days in advance to the board of license
commissioners, and the license shall be subject to the
approval of the board and subject also to other
conditions, regulations and restrictions as established
by the board, for the consumption of such alcoholic
beverages on the premises, only during or in connection
with meals, on Sunday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and
9:00 p.m. and at no other time] FOR A SEVEN DAY LICENSE
THE HOURS FOR SALE ARE AS PROVIDED FOR IN §105A. THE
ANNUAL FEE FOR THIS LICENSE [[IN]] IS $100, WHICH IS IN
ADDITION TO THE FEES PROVIDED FOR IN SUBSECTION (M-2).

(1) Such licenses shall be issued only in
Baltimore City, Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore,
Caroline, Charles, Cecil, Garrett, Howard, Kent, St.
Mary's, [and] Washington, AND WICOMICO counties and in
the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach in Calvert
County and in the Town of Ocean City in Worcester
County.]]

(b) (1) In the jurisdictions in which this
subsection is applicable, it shall be unlawful for anyone

to sell or for any licensed dealer to deliver, give away

or otherwise dispose of any alcoholic beverages on

Sunday. Any person selling or any licensed dealer

delivering, giving away or otherwise disposing of such

beverages in such jurisdictions on Sundays shall be

guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof,

shall be fined not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) for

the first offense and for each succeeding offense shall

be fined not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00), or

imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty

(30) days, or be both fined and imprisoned, in the

discretion of the court.

(2) This subsection shall be applicable and

have effect in Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Garrett,

except as provided in (5) of this subsection, Harford,

Kent Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Washington,

[Wicomico, (except as provided in (6) of this

subsection)] and Worcester (except as otherwise provided
herein) counties, provided that it shall not apply to or

affect__special__Class C licenses issued under the

provisions of this article, nor shall it apply to special

Class C licenses__issued in Washington County for

temporary use. Nothing in this section shall require the

holder of any class A (off—sale) beer license in

Washington County to close his place of business on
