AN ACT concerning

University of Maryland — Plant Research Farm

FOR the purpose of repealing the requirement that the
University of Maryland offer a certain number of
acres of its Plant Research Farm to the Montgomery
County Board of Education upon the sale or exchange
of that Farm; permitting certain expenditures of
money realized from that sale; and clarifying
language.
