November of 1976. There shall be printed on the ballots
or ballot labels to be used at the 12th election district
the title of this Act and underneath the title, on
separate lines, a square or box to the right of and
opposite the word "For," and a corresponding square or
box to the right of and opposite the word "Against," so
that the voters of the 12th Election District of the
county are able to designate his or her decision for or
against this Act. If a majority of the votes cast in the
election in the 12th Election District of the county are
"For," then this Act shall become immediately effective,
but if a majority of the votes cast in the 12th Election
District of the county are "Against," then this Act is
null and void.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That subject
to the provisions of Section 2, this Act shall take

effect July 1, 1976.
