the Maryland Port Authority, the State Roads
Commission, the Department of Transportation and the
Maryland Transportation Authority; adding provisions
clarifying that certain State agencies are
successors to certain other State agencies;
correcting and clarifying certain cross references;
continuing certain definitions; correcting language;
providing for the interpretation of this act with
respect to the transferred provisions; repealing
certain obsolete or unnecessary sections authorizing
or related to certain bonds to be issued and sold by
certain State agencies; and generally relating to
the terms and conditions of these bonds and
evidences of indebtedness, and their sale and
issuance.
