AN ACT concerning

Rape and Sexual Offenses

FOR the purpose of repealing certain sexual offenses and
corresponding penalties, including rape, sexual
intercourse with a female who is either under a
certain age or insane, sexual intercourse with a
male under a certain age by a female over a certain
age, sexual intercourse with a female between
certain ages by a male who is not her husband[[,
sodomy, and unnatural or perverted sexual
practices]]; redefining certain sexual offenses and
imposing penalties for rape, sodomy, and unnatural
or perverted sexual practices; creating new sexual
offenses and penalties; amending certain
jurisdictional and venue provisions concerning
sexual offenses; giving this Act a prospective
effect and providing for the prosecution of persons
committing certain crimes repealed by this Act when
those crimes have been committed prior to their
repeal; creating certain exemptions to certain
sexual offenses and generally relating to rape and
sexual offenses.
