SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 108 through 113, inclusive, and
117 of Article 41 — Governor—Executive and Administrative
Departments of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
114 through 116, respectively, of Article 41 -
Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and they are hereby renumbered to be
Sections 117 through 117B, respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 107(g) through (1), inclusive, and 108 through
116, inclusive, be and they are hereby added to Article
41 — Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (197 1 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as follows:
