FROM THE RAILROAD COMPANY, SHALL RESPOND TO THE RAILROAD
COMPANY WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING NOTICE, ADVISING
OF THE STATE'S INTENTION TO ACQUIRE OR NOT ACQUIRE THE
CORRIDOR PROPERTY, RIGHTS, OR EASEMENTS, OR PARTS OF
THEM. IF THE SECRETARY DOES NOT RESPOND WITHIN THE
REQUIRED 60 DAYS, OR IF THE SECRETARY NOTIFIES THE
RAILROAD COMPANY OF THE STATE'S INTENTION NOT TO ACQUIRE
THE CORRIDOR PROPERTY, RIGHTS, OR EASEMENTS, OR PARTS OF
THEM, THE RAILROAD COMPANY IS THEN RELIEVED OF ANY AND
ALL RESPONSIBILITY TO THE STATS PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, AND MAY PROCEED TO SELL OR
DISPOSE OF THE CORRIDOR PROPERTY, RIGHTS OR EASEMENTS, OR
PARTS OF THEM IN ANY MANNER DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY THE
RAILROAD COMPANY.

(4) ALL NOTICES PROVIDED FOR IN SUBPARAGRAPHS (2)
AND (3) MUST BE IN WRITING AND BAILED BY REGISTERED MAIL,
RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED, IN ORDER TO BE EFFECTIVE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Prince George's County - Annual School Budget

FOR the purpose of [[providing that in Prince George's
County a certain category includes all costs
including certain salaries and that another category

additional report to the Prince George's County
Council; providing that the annual school budget
shall be adjusted to reallocate the reductions or
restorations in accordance with certain procedures;
and generally relating to the annual school budget
in Prince George's County.
