SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Fish and Fisheries - Commercial Net Fishing License

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the holder of a commercial
net fishing license from obtaining a restricted gill
net permit.

BY adding to

Article — Natural Resources
Section 4-704(g)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 4-704(g) be and it is hereby
added to Article — Natural Resources, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:

4-704.

(G)         A PERSON WHO HOLDS ANY LICENSE ISSUED UNDER

THIS SECTION MAY NOT OBTAIN A RESTRICTED GILL NET PERMIT
UNDER SECTION 4-709 OF THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
