MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 1325 follows: Article - Commercial Law Unfair or deceptive trade practices include any: (10) SOLICITATIONS OF SALES OR SERVICES OVER THE (I) THE SOLICITOR'S NAME AND THE TRADE NAME (II) THE PURPOSE OF TELEPHONE CONVERSATION; (III) THE KIND OF MERCHANDISE, REAL PROPERTY, (11) USE OF ANY PLAN OR SCHEME IN SOLICITING SALES SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section Article — Commercial Law 13-301. Unfair or deceptive trade practices include any: (9) Deception, fraud, false pretense, false premise, misrepresentation, or knowing concealment, suppression, or omission of any material fact with the intent that a consumer rely on the same in connection (i) The promotion or sale of any consumer (ii) The subsequent performance of a merchant SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 4, 1976.
