SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 13-301(10) of Article - Commercial
Law, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975 Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby renumbered to be
Section 13-301 (12).

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Sections 13—301(10) and (11) be and they are hereby added
to Article — Commercial Law, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1975 Volume and 1975 Supplement) to read as
