SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 162(a) of Article 56 - Licenses,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement
Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed
and reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

partnership, association, corporation, contractor or
subcontractor who, for a fee, procures or offers or
attempts to procure employees for persons seeking the
service of employees, or employment for persons, seeking
