three for three years, and three for four years and until
their successors are appointed and qualified. No member
shall be appointed to more than two consecutive four—year
terms. The members shall SERVE without compensation but
shall be reimbursed, in accordance with the standard
travel regulations, for expenses incurred in carrying out
their responsibilities as members of the Commission.

(b) Four of the members shall be licensed under
the provisions of this subtitle, except that the members
constituting the first Board shall be persons eligible
for licensing as social workers as provided in this
subtitle. One member shall be selected from and
represent the general public. These members of the first
Board eligible for licensing may continue to serve until
the expiration [or] OF their term or July 1, 1977,
whichever comes sooner unless their license has been
issued in which case they shall serve until the
expiration of their term.
(e) The Board shall meet at least once a year at a
place and time determined by the members. [A] THE Board
may also meet at whatever other times as it determines.
(g) Three members of [a] THE Board constitute a
quorum to do business.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
