(6) Any violation of the provisions of this

OF REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION, BUT A PERSON SO AFFECTED MAY
APPLY FOR A NEW LICENSE UNDER EXISTING LICENSURE
REQUIREMENTS.
300.
No person may:
(1) Sell, tarter or offer to sell or barter
a [certificate of registration] LICENSE.
(2) Purchase or procure by barter a
[certificate of registration] LICENSE with intent to use
it as evidence of the holder's qualification to practice
audiology or speech pathology.
(3) Alter materially a [certificate of
registration] LICENSE with fraudulent intent.
(4) Use or attempt to use as [a] valid
[certificate of registration a certificate which has
been] ANY purchased, fraudulently obtained, counterfeited
or materially altered LICENSE.
(5) Willfully make a false, material
statement in an application for [registration] LICENSURE
or for renewal of [a certificate of registration]
LICENSE.

(a) All persons appointed to the boards after the
date on which the boards first issue a [certificate of]
license, as provided in § 795, shall be persons who hold
valid [certificates of license] LICENSES. No member of
the boards may be a member or employee of the State
[Board] DEPARTMENT of Health and Mental Hygiene [or its
departments]. Members of the boards shall serve until
the expiration of the term for which they have been
appointed or until their successors are qualified.

The powers and duties of the boards are as follows:
(4) To issue annually a list stating the
names of persons currently [registered] LICENSED under
the provisions of this subtitle.

No [certificate] LICENSE ISSUED pursuant to this
